Frequently asked questions
What counts as a shared prompt?
Every time you create a new prompt payload and share it — regardless of how many AI assistants retrieve it. Editing an existing prompt does not count.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
You can still view, edit, and delete your existing prompts. Creating new ones is paused until the next calendar month or until you upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Is the 7-day trial really free?
Yes. No credit card is required to start the trial. You'll be asked for payment details only if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
Do unused prompts roll over?
No. The free allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month.
